WANTED: Volunteer Photographer
WIFT-T is looking for a Volunteer Photographer for November 8th and November 9th with own camera/flash to cover our upcoming WIFT Connect program launch reception and Industry Session: Getting From Here to There.
Volunteer shifts are at max 2 hours per session. Further details available below:
Volunteer Photographer – Session 1
Date: Wednesday, November 8, 2017
Event: WIFT-T Connect Mentorship Program Launch
Time: Workshop for Mentees – 6:15 to 7:30 PM | Reception – 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
*You would only need to be available from about 7:15 PM to 8:30 PM.
Overview: This is a training session and our official program kick-off party for the 2017 WIFT- Connect Mentorship program. It will be a reception with about 40 to 60 participants and WIFT-T invited guests. We would like a volunteer photographer (with their own camera/flash) to take photos of the participants and the reception guests, as well as some candid shots of the attendees at the reception (should you be free to join).

Date: Thursday, November 9, 2017
Event: WIFT-T Industry Session
Time: Panel discussion – 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM | Reception 7:45 PM to 8:30 PM.
*You would need to be available for the entire session (6:30 PM to 8:30 PM).
Overview: This is a panel discussion and reception for the public and WIFT-T Members featuring industry professionals giving tips on best practices and tools for success.
