In this industry, your community is your backbone.  WIFT Toronto helps you connect with like-minded, ambitious people who want you to succeed, who are at or near where you are in your career, who can empathize with your challenges, and motivate you to stay the course. As well, we strongly value mentorship, and a big part of our mandate is to help you find someone (or several people) you can look up to and go to for advice as you build and grow in this fast-paced, evolving industry.

What do we mean by “leadership”? What are the experiences and attributes that make a good leader?
