This panel will be helpful for all levels of professionals in film and television looking to better understand the state of audio-visual archives in Canada as well as producers looking to learn more about maintenance and conversion of audio-visual content into new formats.
Join fellow WIFT-T members, producers and Canada’s leading archivists at an exclusive panel and networking event. This panel will cover the need to preserve and promote Canada’s audio-visual heritage. Learn how your production company can access, distribute, maintain and convert their library to allow for new revenue opportunities. Learn what the potential costs versus opportunities are when archiving audio-visual content. A new addition to our Goodmans networking series, this panel will expose the realities facing many audio-visual libraries today.
