Karla’s job at The Harold Greenberg Fund is to make sure that the legal and business points are in order, and to safeguard The Fund’s interests. Karla manages the equity investment program, conducts business affairs analysis and due diligence on investments and loans, and oversees all legal affairs.

Prior to The Fund, Karla was legal counsel for a Toronto-based production and new media company. Karla received her BA in political science from McGill University and her law degree from the University of Windsor.

During some of her non-Fund hours, as Chair, Karla runs the Board of the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival, but during most of her non-Fund hours, as a mom, she runs around after her two young children.
