Jennifer Chen manages Ouat Media Distribution, a premier distribution company specializing in the promotion, distribution and sales of short form content internationally. She was formerly the head of the Flow Distribution, home to the films produced by Norman Jewison's Canadian Film Centre. She studied cinema at the Sorbonne in Paris for a year before returning to Canada, where she worked in feature film production and directed and produced her own short films. Jennifer has shared her knowledge of the short film industry with audiences at film festivals around the world, consulted on distribution strategies for award-winning shorts and represented shorts in many international film festivals including Los Angeles, Sundance, Clermont-Ferrand, Berlin, Toronto and Cannes.
