Session #16 Working with a Story Editor
Tuesday, July 17, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Roof Salon

Presented in Partnership with NBC Universal
The script is at the frontline of all feature film and television projects. Projects move through development to production when the script brings the world and the characters so fully to life that the gap between reading the script and seeing the film is closed. But how to get there? A story editor, a writer, producer and funder will discuss the collaborative role of the story editor in working toward a better script. Discussion will focus on finding the right story editor, problems and concerns that may arise through the process, and how to make the process work for everyone involved.
