Rhona is Program Director for Schulich Executive Education Centre’s Advanced Executive Program, an award-winning part-time faculty member of the Schulich School of Business, and Lecturer at Ryerson University’s School of Business Management.

Rhona consults and conducts training and development, helping organizations and improve productivity by aligning performance to the purpose of the organization, removing obstacles, managing change, and implementing strategy. Rhona is a highly skilled Coach and Mentor, having successfully guided the English School of Canada to receive the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2003 from the Canadian Business Youth Foundation (CYBF), an organization affiliated with the Prince’s Trust. She was recently profiled (May 2004) by Canadian Living Magazine, a leading Canadian women’s magazine, as one of the leading mentors in the country.

Rhona holds a BA and DIA from Concordia University and an MBA from the University of Calgary, and is a Certified EQi and EQi 360 Coach and Consultant, a Certified Solutions Provider for the VCEO Business Assessment, and a Certified Planning and Facilitation coach.
