Pat is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at York University, past Director of the MBA Program, and Past Chair of the York University Senate. Additionally, Pat is Program Director for the Essentials of Business Administration program, Program Director for Instruction Quality at SEEC, and delivers her very popular Critical Thinking Skills workshop both in public and in-company programs at SEEC.

Pat’s research interests include the study of organizational power and politics, women in management and non-profit boards of directors.

In her consulting, Pat has worked with such companies as CIBC, Interval House, Manufactures Life Insurance Company, Women’s College Hospital and Waterloo region District Health Council. Her expertise includes organizational governance, team building for boards and staff, and training programs on change management and critical thinking skills.
