Joe is President of Ethos Enterprises, and one of Schulich Executive Education Centre’s most popular facilitators. Since 1974, Joe has trained thousands of executives, leaders and professionals. Among his clients are BDO (Canada and Australia), Scotiabank, UBS Wealth Management, IBM, University Health Network, Easter Seal Society, ING Bank of Canada, Lexmark, Allied Beauty Association, Universal Studios, as well as various Government ministries and agencies.

Joe is Past-President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, a member of the National Speakers Association and has been elected Vice President of the International Federation for Professional Speakers, where he will be assuming the role of President in 2007.

Joe has held senior positions in marketing, human resources, distribution and customer service. He has received numerous awards for achievements in people management, project leadership, customer relations and education, and is a regularly featured speaker in management and marketing schools in Canada, the USA, Switzerland, Latin America and Australia.

Joe is co-author of Vitamin C for a Healthy Workplace (co-authored with Luck DeSadeleer), a book designed to help organizations create a healthy workplace and enhance employee performance.
